During pregnancy there is an increase in blood flow to the vagina so some women notice swelling...I DEFINITELY DO!! Does anyone else notice this and does it go away after child birth?
Some women do notice this during the later part of their pregnancy and after childbirth, because of the traumatic experience the vagina undergoes. Speak with your doctor if it becomes uncomfortable/unbearable, sometimes the swelling is due to a yeast infection. For now, an ice pack should do the trick!
