No comment's... Mmmmm, sounds silly but the only thing, and this is from porn industry (so I've heard), is to just simply get some ice and wrap it in a cloth and put that on it..... other than that I really have no idea.... Have less rough sex? lol......
to reduce discomfort during your wild rough sex here's what you do.
1. have prolonged foreplay - this stimulates your body to achieve the vagina's full elongation, dilatation, and secretion of lubricating agents
2. stock on lubricants - this reduces discomfort and you dont wanna burn your vags right?
3. change positions - dont stick to the same position because it overworks the part being involved causing thinning of skin making more painful.
I would try and make sure that you are taking all the steps to ensure that your vagina is in a fully lubricated state prior to penetration. The soreness is probably due to extreme friction that occurs when penetration is more abrasive. Incorporating lots of foreplay to heat up the situation and get the both of you excited prior to any penetration will probably cause for a shorter time during actual intercourse. Be sure to keep using lubricants and maybe take some time off allowing the vaginal area to "cool down" prior to re engaging in having your rough steamy sex!
